Welcome to EcoLead, the premier course platform on responsible and sustainable leadership with a focus on burnout-free people management and feedback culture. By accessing or using EcoLead, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern your access to and use of EcoLead's platform, information products, and goods. Please read carefully.
2. Services
EcoLead provides live and recorded courses, workshops, coaching sessions, and community programs designed for responsible and sustainable leadership. Access to live sessions may require a subscription or one-time enrollment fee. Access remains available as long as your enrollment is active and not suspended for violation of these terms.
3. Information Products
Information products include digital materials such as e-books, video tutorials, templates, and recorded webinars. Access is granted upon completion of purchase and remains subject to license restrictions specified during checkout.
4. Goods
Goods include physical items such as branded notebooks, apparel, and accessories. All goods are subject to availability and inventory constraints.
5. Billing
Fees are quoted in local currency and collected through our secure payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing details and keep them up to date. Access to services or products may be suspended for non-payment.
6. Refund and platform Policy
6.1 Services
Enrollments in live or scheduled sessions may be canceled up to 7 days before the first session for a full reimbursement. Cancellations less than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward a future session within one year of the original session date. Cancellations after the session start date are non-reimbursable due to resource allocation.
6.2 Information Products
Due to the instant digital delivery, information products are non-reimbursable once accessed or downloaded. If you encounter technical issues that prevent access, please contact our support via Contact Form within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a possible reimbursement if the issue cannot be resolved promptly.
6.3 Goods
Unused physical goods in original packaging may be exchanged or reimbursed within 30 days of delivery. To initiate an platform or reimbursement, contact us via Contact Form. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to 301 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or reimbursed at our expense. Reimbursements are processed within 14 days of receipt and confirmation of condition.

8. Changes to Terms
